1. Developing concepts and timetables for the implementation of tasks within the University’s Educational Quality Improvement System.
2. Monitoring and evaluation of the functioning of the University’s Educational Quality Improvement System.
3. Collaboration with educational institutions in the following areas:
(a) developing and amending degree programmes
(b) developing the teaching skills of academic staff,
(c) developing the skills of administrative staff who support the educational process.
4. Organisation and supervision of the survey on the quality of education
5. Information and promotional activities in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Development.
6. Statistics and Teaching Administration in the following areas:
(a) preparing and entering into the USOS system the tuition fee schedule, codes for new degree programmes, and student enrolment.
b) feeding data into the POL-on system: adding new degree programmes and intakes, importing data on students and staff employed on civil-law contracts, entering the fees charged by the university, and entering the number of teaching hours delivered by academic staff employed at the university as their primary place of work.
(c) analysing and adjusting the allocation of duties among academic staff
(d) the settlement of overtime teaching hours for academic staff
(e) preparing statistical reports for the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Central Statistical Office
(f) activities relating to domestic mobility under the MOST Student and Doctoral Student Mobility Programme
(g) cooperation in the university admissions process.
