General recruitment schedule for studies in the academic year 2025/2026
1st round of registration
22.04.2025 – IRK registration opens
11.07.2025 – Final day of the registration period
14.07.2025 – grading of digital works submitted with applications for the Art Education in the Field of Visual Arts programme.
17.07.2025 – Announcing of lists of qualified candidates, reserve and those who were disqualified due to matriculation exam results below the threshold specified in the resolution of the Senate of the University of Opole no. 261/2020-2024 of June 20, 2024, regarding the principles of recruitment for studies at the University of Opole in the 2025/2026 academic year.
18.07.2025 to 25.07.2025 until 15.00 – Deadline for the delivery of all required documents (including those sent via post!) for the qualified candidates as well as those on the reserve list who would like to fill the spots left by those candidates who have decided not to enroll. Failure to deliver your documents before this deadline will be treated as a resignation from studies at the University of Opole.
28.07.2025 – Announcement of the list of accepted candidates.
2nd round of registration
18.07.2025 – Beginning of the 2nd round of registration in continuous mode (with the exception of the Art Education in the Field of Visual Arts programme) for programmes in which the number of qualified candidates is significantly lower than the limit permits.
29.07.2025 – Beginning of the 2nd round of registration in continuous mode for programmes with available places remaining after the completion of the first round of recruitment.
11.09.2025 by 11.00 – Final day to apply to the Art Education in the Filed of Visual Arts programme.
12.09.2025 by 12.00 – Registering of final payments to the individual accounts in the IRK system.
18.09.2025 – Final deadline for the Rector’s decision on launching programs with unfilled quotas.
19.09.2025 – Grading of the digital works sent by candidates of the Art Education in the Field of Visual Arts programme.
22.09.2025 – Announcement of the list of candidates qualified for the Art Education in the Field of Visual Arts programme.
23.09-26.09.2025 by 12.00 – Deadline for submitting documents (including those sent by mail!) by candidates qualified for admission to the Art Education in the Field of Visual Arts programme and announcement of the list of accepted candidates (by 15.00).
29.09.2025 – End of recruitment for Bachelor’s and long-cycle Master’s programmes.
30.09.2025 – Deadline for submitting the occupational health certificate for programmes where it is required.

19.09.2025 – Final deadline for registration and the recording of the recruitment fee payment on the personal accounts of candidates of the Art Education in the Field of Arts programme.
22.09.2025 – Grading of the digital works sent by candidates of the Art Education in the Field of Visual Arts programme.
23.09.2025 – Interview for the Master’s programme in Art Education in the Field of Visual Arts for those candidates who have finished Bachelor’s programmes not listed in Annex 3 to the resolution of the Senate of the University of Opole No. 261/2020-2024 of June 20, 2024, regarding the principles of recruitment for studies at University of Opole in the 2025/26 academic year , or not assigned to the main discipline.
06.10.2025 – End of recruitment for Master’s degree studies.
07.10.2025 – Deadline for submitting the occupational health certificate for programmes where it is required.
