Scans of signed printouts have to be attached in Enrollment applications section \u2013 \u2018Enclosure of the scanned documents\u2019. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An application form;<\/li>\n<li>A statement on the delivery of letters in electronic form;<\/li>\n<li>Optional \u2013 a declaration of parents\/legal guardians in respect of minors undertaking studies at the University of Opole (to be signed if a candidate is underage while applying for studies);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-9413\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-9413\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Secondary school leaving certificate or matura exam (candidates for BA programmes) \/ Original BA or MA diploma (candidates for MA programmes) and supplement with grades<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-9413\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-9413\"><p>In the case of admission to first-cycle (bachelor\u2019s) studies or uniform master\u2019s studies \u2013 the original secondary school certificate and\/or other document (with a supplement containing a full list of final grades\/exam results) entitling the holder to undertake university-level studies in the country where the certificate\/document was issued.<\/p>\n<p>In case of application to second-cycle (MA) studies \u2013 the higher education diploma (MA, BA, engineer diploma or equivalent) with a full list of grades obtained during the course of study, entitling to continue university-level study in country in which the diploma was issued.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-9414\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-9414\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Legalization (or apostille) and recognition of documents, issued outside of Poland<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-9414\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-9414\"><p>You must have your high school certificate\/diploma <strong>legalised (authorised) and recognised in Poland<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Legalization \/ Apostille is the official confirmation that a signature, seal or stamp on a public document is genuine.<\/p><h5><strong>Apostille<\/strong><\/h5><p>If a country in which a given document was issued is a party to the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents, concluded in The Hague, 5 October 1961, the document\u2019s legalisation is replaced by an Apostille certificate attached to it. The list of countries \u2013 parties to the Convention and the institutions authorised to issue the Apostille is available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hcch.net\/en\/instruments\/specialised-sections\/apostille\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here.<\/a><\/p><p><strong>Legalization<\/strong> needs to be made in the case of documents issued in states that are not parties to the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961.<\/p><p>The legalization is done by the consul of the Republic of Poland having jurisdiction with respect to the state in the territory of which, or in the education system of which the given certificate was issued.<\/p><p><strong>Recognition of foreign educational documents<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Admission to first-cycle and long-cycle Master\u2019s degree programmes<\/strong><\/p><p>Foreign secondary school certificates may be recognised in Poland automatically or may require a recognition statement issued by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).<\/p><p>Automatic recognition means that documents recognised in Poland <strong>by law<\/strong> may be submitted directly during the admission process without any additional recognition procedure.<\/p><p>For candidates whose certificates are not recognised automatically, it is required to obtain a recognition statement issued by NAWA, confirming that the document entitles the candidate to undertake first-cycle or long-cycle Master\u2019s degree studies in Poland: <a href=\"https:\/\/nawa.gov.pl\/uznawalnosc\/wydawanie-informacji-o-zagranicznych-dyplomach\/swiadectwo-szkoly-sredniej\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/nawa.gov.pl\/uznawalnosc\/wydawanie-informacji-o-zagranicznych-dyplomach\/swiadectwo-szkoly-sredniej<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>Admission to second-cycle degree programmes<\/strong><\/p><p>For higher education diplomas that are not recognised by law in Poland, candidates are required to obtain a recognition statement issued by NAWA, confirming the right to undertake second-cycle studies in Poland.<\/p><p>Detailed information on the recognition procedure is available on the NAWA website:<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/nawa.gov.pl\/uznawalnosc\/wydawanie-informacji-o-zagranicznych-dyplomach\/dyplom-ukonczenia-studiow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/nawa.gov.pl\/uznawalnosc\/wydawanie-informacji-o-zagranicznych-dyplomach\/dyplom-ukonczenia-studiow<\/a>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Important! <\/strong>The processing time for a recognition statement issued by NAWA may take up to approximately 60 days. Therefore, candidates are strongly advised to submit their application to NAWA well in advance in order to obtain the required document in line with the admission schedule.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-9415\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-9415\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Certified translation into English or Polish of all documents issued in a language other than English \/ Polish<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-9415\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-9415\"><p>Oryginal translations into Polish (or English, if the candidate is underaking studies in English) of all the afroementioned documents issued in a language other than Polish\/English.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div
