Your application will be processed after you pay the registration fee in the amount of 85 PLN.<\/p>\n

Your personal account number will be generated by the system after a successful registration for the study program you have chosen. The individual bank number will appear in the Payments section.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

The recruitment fee can also be paid via the Autopay platform (instant transfer \u2013 a fee is automatically charged: approx. 1.50 PLN). In the dedicated window, you should enter the transfer amount, confirm the transaction, and follow the instructions displayed on the website. The payment should be credited to the candidate’s account within a few minutes. <\/p>\n

Candidates can apply for a refund of the registration fee until the 31st of October.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration fee can be refunded only<\/strong> in the following cases:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. programme was not open due to a small number of candidates;<\/li>\n
  2. overpayment;<\/li>\n
  3. invalid registration caused by issuing payment after the deadline or a lack of registration for a programme or specialisation or lack of the document entitling to pursue the program.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The fee is not refundable in case a candidate is disqualified from studies due to insufficient results or lack of recruitment documents. The candidate has to withdraw their application in case they want to apply for a refund before they are qualified for studies.<\/p>\n

    How to apply for a registration fee refund:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    2. Fill in the form electronically<\/strong> and sign it legibly.<\/li>\n
    3. Send it to our e-mail address at study@uni.opole.pl<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Please note that we do not cover the currency conversion fees or any other expenses related to oversees payments.<\/p>\n

      The tuition fee for the first semester is to be paid no later than the last day for submitting original documents<\/strong> in accordance with the recruitment schedule at the University of Opole.<\/p>\n

      The tuition fee for undergraduate and graduate programmes in Polish<\/strong> amounts to 2600 PLN<\/strong> per semester \/ 5200 PLN<\/strong> per one academic year.<\/p>\n

      The tuition fee for undergraduate and graduate programmes in Polish at the Faculty of Health Sciences<\/strong> amounts to 3600 PLN<\/strong> per semester \/ 7200 PLN<\/strong> per one academic year.<\/p>\n

      The tuition fee for study rogrammes conducted in English<\/strong> amounts to 3600 PLN <\/strong>per semester \/ 7200 PLN<\/strong> per one academic year.<\/p>\n

      Exception: For English Philology <\/strong>(undergraduate and graduate) as well as English in Public Communication <\/strong>the tuition fee amounts to 2600 PLN <\/strong>per semester \/ 5200 PLN<\/strong> per one academic year.<\/p>\n

      The amount of fees and the refund procedure have been published in Ordinance No. 33\/2025 of the Rector of the University of Opole dated April 17, 2025<\/a>. The fee amounts can be found in Annex No. 2<\/a> to the above-mentioned Ordinance <\/p>\n

      Information regarding the bank account to which a candidate is to pay the tuition fee is sent via email upon qualification for studies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
