Students of the University of Opole,
The Office of Teaching and Educational Quality invites you to participate in a survey conducted via the USOS system regarding the evaluation of courses taught by faculty members during the winter semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.
The survey covers all faculty members who taught courses
during the winter semester that is coming to an end and must be completed separately for each course.
Participation in the survey is voluntary and completely anonymous. Once the survey is submitted,
the system does not store any data that could identify the person who completed the form. Only the ratings assigned to a given instructor and the fact that the questionnaire was completed are recorded (which means that it is not possible to reopen a survey once it has been submitted). Completed surveys are automatically sent, as confidential information, to the staff member responsible for the survey process at the Office of Teaching and Educational Quality at the University of Opole.
Survey period:
from January 26, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.
to February 20, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
(this period covers the last week of classes, the exam period, and a few days following its conclusion).
