After the payment of registration fee, your documents will be verified by the Admission Team. If your documents are confirmed to qualify you for the chosen programme, our Office will issue the Offer Letter in which the candidate is asked to pay the tuition fee for the first semester.
Once your registration fee has been credited to your individual account, we start to verify your educational documents. We take into consideration whether documents are authentic and give you the right to continue education at BA/MA level in your own country. We check if there are mandatory subjects and grades for qualification for a programme which you have chosen. Until you attach all of the required documents in the system or if there are any doubts regarding their quality / authenticity, your application will not be accepted. The reason will be given in the comment section. It is not a permanent status – you can make the necessary corrections. Your application will not be evaluated until you attach the missing documents. As soon as you attach the required documents, our Office will reevaluate your application.
If the candidate qualifies for a given study programme the Admission Team will issue an Invitation Letter. The letter includes information regarding the tuition fee for the first semester of studies.
The Team will verify whether a document which confirms your language skills is an internationally recognized certificate (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL) and if it confirms the required language level. If your language certificate does not meet the above-mentioned criteria you will have to participate in the language interview organized by the University. It might be one of reasons why your documents are rejected.
The candidates who are asked to undergo a language interview can only qualify once they pass it.
Before you send an e-mail regarding evaluation of your Application, please read the comment in your IRK account – the explanation will be provided there.
Gathering some of the documents might be time consuming, especially in the case of a translation of or acquiring an apostille or a legalisation of a document. In such cases we ask you to inform us about your current status at study@uni.opole.pl
